When you're ready to begin, one in-person visit finalizes everything.
Six simple shots, all taken with your phone: your profile, a big smile, your right and left bite, and your upper and lower teeth. The form walks you through each one as you go. And if a photo comes out blurry or dark, no problem — our team will text you with easy retake tips.
Quickly. Our team reaches out the same or next business day to get your video consultation on the calendar, and Dr. Luke completes his personal review of your photos within two business days. If you submit in the evening or over the weekend, you're first on our list the next business morning.
Video consultations are scheduled appointments during our regular weekday office hours — just like an in-office visit, but from wherever you are. They're brief and focused, and many patients join on a lunch break. We'll find a daytime slot that fits your schedule.

We are out-of-network with most insurance plans, but most PPO plans provide orthodontic benefits that apply. Our team verifies your benefits, provides all the documentation, and helps you maximize your reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA funds and offer 0% interest in-house payment plans.
