Every smile here represents a real patient, a real clinical challenge, and a thoughtfully designed treatment plan. We document our cases because we believe transparency builds trust — and results speak for themselves.
Adult Edge-to-Edge Bite Correction
This adult patient came to us interested in straightening her teeth with Invisalign. She had a bite where her upper and lower front teeth touched edge-to-edge, with very little horizontal or vertical overlap. There was also moderate crowding in the lower front teeth.
We used a technique called IPR (interproximal reduction), which gently creates space between the teeth to help with alignment. With the help of Invisalign and IPR, we were able to create a healthier bite with a natural amount of overlap between the top and bottom teeth.

This young adult presented with a congenitally missing upper lateral incisor and a peg lateral on the opposite side — a combination that typically leads families toward implants, bonding, or significant restorative work.
After a thorough conversation with the family, their goal was clear: keep everything as natural as possible. No implants. No bonding. Just orthodontics.
It was a case that required careful thought. The tooth movements involved precise spatial planning — closing space in the right places, distributing the remaining teeth symmetrically, and achieving a result that looked intentional rather than compromised. With detailed measurements and deliberate mechanics, we were able to deliver exactly what the family hoped for.
They loved the result. So did we. Cases like this are a reminder of why getting the diagnosis and treatment planning right from the start changes everything.
Teen Crowding & Blocked Incisors
This teenage patient completed her braces treatment in just a year and a half, resulting in a confident, well-aligned smile. She initially presented with crowding in both the upper and lower arches, including blocked-out incisors that hadn't fully come in due to lack of space.
With minimal interproximal reduction (IPR), we were able to create the room needed to guide the teeth into place. Braces allowed us to bring the incisors into alignment, relieve the crowding, and establish a bite that's both functional and esthetically balanced.
This adult patient came in wanting to fix a lower canine crowding issue. Surprisingly, she had never worn braces before, and her teeth actually looked pretty good overall. This case highlights the kind of progress that can be achieved in just one year of treatment for an adult.
With braces and interproximal reduction (IPR), we were able to deliver the results she wanted efficiently and effectively.
