Annual Community Giving Program

The Agape Smile Scholarship
Cupertino, Fremont & Milpitas

Every student deserves a smile they're proud of. Agape Orthodontics awards two annual scholarships — one merit-based, one need-based — to Bay Area students seeking orthodontic treatment. Because agape means unconditional love, and that includes giving back.

Two Recipients Annually Merit & Need-Based Awards Apply by July 1st
How It Works

Two Programs. One Application.

Agape Orthodontics offers two separate scholarship programs each year. Review both carefully — applicants may apply to only one program per cycle, and applications cannot be transferred once submitted.

Only one application permitted per applicant. Applying to both programs results in automatic disqualification.
All required documents must be submitted at time of application. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
Awards are not transferable. Selected recipients must begin treatment within the specified timeframe.
Application deadline is July 1st, 2026. Late applications will not be considered.
