Dr. Luke Wu, a proud Cupertino native, grew up surrounded by dentistry, inspired by his parents’ dedication to patient care. Driven by a passion for the field, he accelerated his education, earning a Bachelor’s in Biology at University of the Pacific and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, both with honors. He was recognized for academic excellence with Tau Kappa Omega Honor Society and received the American Association of Dental Research Annual Meeting Award (AADOCR) for his research contributions.
After dental school, Dr. Luke Wu completed a rigorous orthodontic residency at the Georgia School of Orthodontics, mastering advanced techniques in dentofacial orthopedics. He earned his Certificate in Orthodontics, refining his ability to create beautiful, healthy smiles.
Dr. Luke Wu participates in the Pacific-Stanford PRIMED Program, a collaboration between the University of the Pacific and Stanford University focused on advanced clinical research. Through studies in sleep medicine, oral cancer, and microbiome research, he stays at the forefront of orthodontic advancements, applying evidence-based techniques to enhance patient care and treatment efficiency.
